ABC’s marketplace role

All Blue Collar operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals. ABC provides technology for discovery, requests, communication, quotes, customer approvals, payments, financial records, disputes, and marketplace administration. ABC does not itself perform the trade services requested or advertised through the marketplace.

Independent choice and control

Professionals independently choose whether to pursue or quote a customer request. ABC does not assign professionals to jobs, require acceptance of requests, provide employee shifts or wages, or promise a minimum amount of work. Customers decide whether to accept a professional’s quote.

Professionals determine the manner and means of performing accepted services, subject to applicable law, licenses, safety obligations, the customer agreement, and marketplace rules. ABC does not prescribe tools, repair procedures, construction methods, or trade-work techniques.

Customer and professional service agreement

When a customer accepts a quote, the agreement for the actual trade work is between that customer and the professional, subject to ABC’s marketplace terms and supported payment mechanics. The professional is responsible for performing the accepted services. Processing payment through ABC does not by itself make ABC the employer of the professional or the trade contractor performing the work.

Professional business responsibilities

Professionals generally provide or control their own tools, methods, business operations, licenses, certifications, insurance, and tax obligations as applicable. Professionals may provide services outside ABC and may use other marketplaces, subject only to lawful contractual restrictions ABC has actually adopted. Marketplace access does not by itself entitle a professional to ABC employee wages or employee benefits.

The nature of each professional’s legal or tax classification depends on applicable law and the actual relationship and circumstances; these Terms do not override mandatory worker-classification law.

Marketplace rules do not direct trade methodology

ABC may enforce rules concerning fraud, payments, prohibited conduct, safety, identity or credential verification, disputes, and platform use. Those rules protect the marketplace and do not direct the professional’s trade methodology or manner and means of performing accepted work.

Accounts and accurate information

Users must provide accurate account, job, business, and tax-readiness information, protect sign-in credentials, and use only the role and account assigned to them. Some features require identity, professional, insurance, payment-provider, tax-information, or security checks before they become available.

ABC may require additional account verification for sensitive actions involving payouts, tax information, private evidence, or account security. Multi-factor authentication remains optional for ordinary customer and professional marketplace activity unless a specific sensitive action requires it.

Payments, earnings, refunds, and disputes

Eligible jobs may use ABC’s supported payment infrastructure. Amounts, fees, taxes, professional earnings, refunds, disputes, and settlement state come from authoritative platform and payment records rather than browser-supplied values. Refunds, disputes, reversals, account state, and provider requirements can affect whether funds are available or transferable. Stripe manages connected-account bank payout timing and settings where applicable.

Qualifications, insurance, and service risk

Professionals remain responsible for identifying and complying with all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, bonding, and state or local requirements applicable to their services. ABC may require evidence when a specific reviewed marketplace credential rule applies, but ABC does not represent that it has identified every legal requirement or guarantee a professional's compliance. Customers and professionals should review the request, quote, credentials, scope, and job record before proceeding. Any limitations of liability, indemnification, professional-negligence allocation, property-damage terms, and liability caps require counsel review before production publication.
